What is included in the Registration fee?

Conference Kit, Saturday Lunch & Dinner, Sunday Breakfast


Is there a payment plan?

Members may complete Zeffy registration and mail up to four (4) post-dated checks. You may choose to have checks dated weekly or bi-weekly as long as payment is completed by July 25, 2025. For extended payment plan options, please reach out to your Area Leader.


Can I register on the day of conference?

No. All registrations must be completed via Zeffy. Last day to register is July 20 or as soon as venue capacity is reached, whichever comes first.

Do I need to purchase conference shirt?

No, the T-shirt is optional. The last day to submit an order via Zeffy is June 30. We will not have merchandise sales at the conference.


I completed the transaction but forgot to add the t-shirt and/or parking pass, how can I modify my order?

Go to registration page and add the items you want to purchase. Use the same email address from your first transaction to prevent Zeffy from creating duplicate contact information.


It's been more than a day and we have not received the confirmation email. 

If you already checked all your email accounts and spam folders and could not find the email, please text or call Alvin (703) 962-0319 or Lala (571) 315-7418 and we will work with you to resend the confirmation.




Do we have a dress code?

What do I need to bring or prepare for the conference?

CFC ID, journal, pen, rosary, kneeler for mass and most importantly, try to receive confession before our conference/TWR (Theme Weekend Retreat).


What is the schedule of activities?

Do we have a special hotel rate on Friday Night?

The rate is negotiated for Saturday night only. You may book directly with The Westin Dulles Airport or nearby hotels for early arrival or additional nights.


Do I need to purchase daily parking?  

Yes. The negotiated rate is $10/day with in & out privilege up to 6x. If you don’t leave the lot during your stay, the Hotel will still charge a daily rate which could be higher than what CFC negotiated. 


Why is the room rate higher than the published CFC special rate of $119++/night?

The published rate is good until July 2. If you are trying to book before this date, please message us ASAP and we will coordinate with the hotel to correct the rates on their portal.


Are there other hotel options nearby?

Yes. There are several hotel chains within 5 mile radius of the conference venue.


Are there restaurant options within walking distance?

The closes shopping center is 1 mile away. You will need a car if you plan to buy outside food or other necessities.


Does the hotel provide shuttle service?

Yes. The Westin Washington Dulles Airport hotel provides complimentary shuttle service within 3-mile radius. Please contact the concierge onsite for schedule and other details.


Does The Westin Washington Dulles Airport have electric vehicle charging stations? 

No, the hotel does not have electric vehicle charging stations. 


What is the cost of registration per child?

$45/child. This fee includes Saturday Lunch, snacks & materials for the activities


What are the drop off and pick up times?

We will publish the details in KidZone page closer to the conference weekend


How do I register my child/ren?

For those who made reservations with your conference registration via Zeffy, please watch out for an email to complete your KidZone registration. A personalized code will be provided to deduct your reservation of $10/child. If you didn't reserve, you may still register here


If you didn’t make reservation & still not decided, please note that deadline to register for KidZone is July 15.


My child is a member of CFC-Y and would like to volunteer in KidZone, how do we sign up?

Please email us your information and we will pass it to the Committee Lead for KidZone.


I am a member of HOLD, SOLD, Family Ministries. How do I sign up to volunteer? 

Please contact your Pastoral Head to facilitate your service assignment.


I am a CFC member but cannot be present on both days, can I serve on some parts?

Only registered members will be requested to serve the conference.
